LUSCIOUS WHOLEFOOD TREATS THAT FILL YOU WITH FEEL-GOOD ENERGY

NOSH was born from my quest to make healthier alternatives to commercial snacks and my endless fascination with flavour!

Based in West Sussex I create treats packed with energy and goodness. NOSH are free from added sugar – they’re luscious balls of energy to feast on pre or post exercise, working from home, school pick ups, late night snacks... whenever a tasty and healthy treat is called for!

The flavours vary from fruity to chocolatey and change regularly, as I make them in small batches.

At last, a NOSH you can eat at breakfast! A golden, crunchy mix of slow-roasted nuts and seeds naturally sweetened with whole fruit and packed with plant fibre ~ it's a welcome addition to the snackiverse.
