NOSH was born from my quest to make healthier alternatives to commercial snacks and my endless fascination with flavour!

Based in West Sussex I create treats packed with energy and goodness. NOSH are free from added sugar – they’re luscious balls of energy to feast on pre or post exercise, working from home, school pick ups, late night snacks.. whenever a tasty and healthy treat is called for!

The flavours vary from fruity to chocolatey and change regularly, as I make them in small batches.
